If you choose this option, you are responsible for all shipping costs. Simply put your item(s) back in the original packaging along with your order information. Once we receive the package and inspect it to ensure we can resell it as new, we will promptly issue you a refund.

Our Anchors have a 1 year warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover wear and tear in normal use.
